St. 1927, § 9283, authorizes the district court to set aside an order extending the time to redeem under the mortgage moratorium act a subsequent order declaring a default by the mortgagor of the terms of the extension order in a case in which the proceedings are had under a mistake of fact that the mortgage foreclosure was valid, it appearing that the foreclosure was void because of failure to file power of attorney to foreclose prior to the mortgage foreclosure sale.
