Where decedent, employed as an organizer for a labor organization, was shot and killed by an unknown person between 10:00 p.m. and midnight after having put the automobile furnished him by his employer in the garage at the rear of his home, his body being found about 80 feet from the garage; and where there was evidence to show that decedent worked unlimited hours and at various places; that he was subject to call day and night; that he intended to complete reports on his return home the evening of his death; that his employment was of an extrahazardous nature; that he and other union organizers had been threatened because of their activities as organizers; and that there existed in the community hostility toward union activities, held:
